Long noncoding RNA are a non-protein-coding RNA species >200 nt in length that have been the subject of intense scrutiny recently. Research in the last several years has revealed roles for lncRNA in gene regulation at many levels – transcription, post-transcription, and in epigenetic modification. Many lncRNAs are dysregulated in various cancer types and are closely related to tumorigenesis, metastasis and prognosis or diagnosis.
On Wednesday, April 27, join us for a free webinar discussing the regulatory and functional roles of lncRNA in cancers, with a particular focus on how lncRNAs impact microRNA expression and function! We’ll also talk about a new qPCR-based lncRNA platform for lncRNA detection and profiling, as well as an application for serum lncRNA as a potential biomarker for lung cancer.
